Establishing a meeting session

Moderator and participants talk on the phone.
The moderator starts the consultant program thereby contacting the connection server (CNS). The CNS sends a session number to the meeting host.
The participants start the participant program via internet or extranet and enter the session number given by the moderator.
The session is established. Moderator and participants can now watch each others screen, work on files together and transfer them, grant remote control rights and much more.
